Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

Engraved or Personalized Orders: Processing may take 5–7 business days to ensure accuracy and quality.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Delivery can take up to 10 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs and local postal delays.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier’s schedule and seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, location, and order weight. You will see the final shipping amount before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our office and is scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
