Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All sales are final for International Shipping and will not accept any returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may not return your item and we will not except any items back that the customer has put any form of contents inside the pendant. If your pendant has been sealed completely shut, you may not return the item.  

To start a return, you can contact us at eternalkeepsake@yahoo.com. In the email please list all reasons for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please upload photo of damaged item via email before returning item. 

Shipping

Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for delays in the postal service. Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for stolen goods once item has been delivered to specified address. Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for incorrect addresses or information on shipping label once order has been placed. 

We ship all orders 5-7 business days once order has been placed unless otherwise specified in an email to the customer. 

International Shipping

Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for any charges once item has been shipped. Eternal Keepsake is not responsible for any charges customer is responsible for in their said country. All charges are final at the time of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
You may not return any items that any contents were place inside the item, those contents will include (human remains, ashes, dust, pet ashes, hair, perfume, oil, sand or dirt) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
